Agricultural Procurement & Accounts

Harman - Agricultural Procurement & Account Tracking

A platform that manages the agricultural procurement process end to end — from scale tonnage and net price to advances and current-account balances.

Harman is a procurement and current-account platform where farmers, traders, and merchants record purchases of agricultural products such as wheat and corn. It derives the base price from the scale tonnage, applies a deduction based on the moisture rate, and automatically calculates the net price and the payable amount, while tracking advance and deferred payments to follow the remaining balance per owner.

A single flow from the scale to the current account

The platform derives the base price from the scale tonnage, applies a deduction based on the moisture rate, and automatically calculates the net price and the payable amount.

By tracking advance and deferred payments, it maintains the remaining balance (current account) per owner, while tonnage-weighted moisture/price averages and periodic totals make procurement cost analyzable.

Value delivered

  • The paper-based purchase document was moved into a centralized and error-resistant system.
  • Moisture deduction and net price calculations were automated, reducing the risk of operational mistakes.
  • Per-owner balances and periodic totals became reportable, making procurement cost transparent.
